A small coffee house, made by hand
Marisol and Eli opened Coquina in 2021 with a single La Marzocco, a borrowed roaster, and the conviction that the oldest street in the country deserved a real neighborhood coffee house. Three years later we're the corner most of the neighborhood plans their mornings around.
We roast our beans in small batches a few blocks away, bake every pastry in-house before sunrise, and run the room ourselves. Same baristas who learn your order, same faces every Saturday. That's the whole point.
Slow mornings, strong coffee, and a courtyard that always has room for one more.
